PAYMENTS
100 % payment required at the time of booking to secure the apartment by bank transfer or credit card
or
30% payment required at the time of booking to secure the apartment by bank transfer or card. The balance in cash on arrival. In the case of 30% payment, release of credit or debit card details as guarantee is required.
Any cancellations must be received in writing (via e-mail).
Reservations, with stays included in the dates below, if canceled will be subject to the penalties as described below.
Cancellation policy for individually booked apartments (1,2 or 3 bedrooms in total)
- from 06/11/2023 to 21/12/2023 starting 15 days before the check-in date a penalty of 100% of the entire booked stay will be
- from 22/12/2023 to 07/01/2024 starting 30 days before the check-in date a penalty of 100% of the entire booked stay will be

Cancellation policy of the exclusive villa (9 rooms)
- From 4 months before the check-in day 30% of the deposit is non refundable
- From 2 months before the check-in day 70% of the deposit is non refundable
Any reductions in the length of stay are considered cancellations.
For group reservations involving more than 3 rooms, the exclusive villa cancellation policy applies.
HOUSE GUIDE
- Single apartment check-in: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Exclusive villa check-in: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Check-out: within 10 a.m.
- Swimming pool open from April to October
For group reservations involving more than 3 rooms, you must contact the property directly to make the reservation
It is required to indicate the time of arrival within three days before the check-in date. If you need to arrive later than 7 p.m. please let us know during the reservation.For arrivals after 19.00 not agreed with the facility at the time of booking, a supplement of 10 euros per hour will be required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
It is required to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
It is required to respect the silence between 00.00 (midnight-12 am) and 9 a.m.
We are a pet-friendly facility and pets are welcome, but we kindly ask you not to let them get on beds and sofas. It is necessary to leave a deposit of 150 euros on arrival only for the stay of puppies up to 12 months , it will be refunded at check-out in the absence of damage to the structure.
